Felton Hawkins holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership – Organizational Development Consulting from Regent University, Virginia Beach. Felton Hawkins has been a prominent force serving the community for over 35 years.


Felton Hawkins' experience in organizational development, coaching, leadership training,  and the use of personal assessments will be an asset to the success of your organization or personal development. He is looking forward to sharing his proven strategies for success and innovative insights tailored with you in mind. 

Felton Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of non-profit and for-profit organizations to include the Full Gospel Kingdom Church and Full Gospel Kingdom Churches Association, Inc., and Five Star Consulting, an organizational consulting company. He has owned and operated Full Gospel Child Care and Development Center, Full Gospel Christian Academy, Kingdom Bible Institute, and Destinee Distributors, a distribution company for profit providing services to the Norfolk Naval Base and other military and government agencies.


Felton Hawkins works and partners with many organizations to develop leadership course materials as well as provide mentoring and leadership strategies. He has also conducted business meetings, conferences, and seminars to keep organizations updated with the most current information on organizational development and leadership. 


Felton Hawkins believes that every organization should make leadership development and training a priority. In order to accomplish this, he conducts workshops and training sessions nationally and internationally to include Leadership Development, Organizational Vision, and Organizational Change.
